Policies
Check In/Check Out: Check in after 2:30 pm. Check out 11 am. Times don’t suit? Just ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate your special request. Reservations are held by Visa or Mastercard.
*Certain long weekends may require a minimum stay of two nights; please enquire.
Cancellation:
Individual-suite bookings of 1 to 4 nights = Full refund with 72 hours notice
Individual-suite bookings of 5+ nights = Full refund with 2 weeks notice
Multiple-suite bookings of 1+ nights = Full refund with 2 weeks notice
Special events bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit with remainder due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Seasonal Information: Open year round.
Smoking: Colonial Creekside provides a smoke-free environment with designated outdoor smoking areas chosen by our guests.

From Hwy 401, take Hwy 8 West to Hwy 85 North (direction Waterloo), Exit University Ave East and turn left onto Bridge St. Cross Dansbury and Lexington; we are the eighth house on the left, two houses past the side street named Whitmore.
